4th BSCC event of the year – had a guest codriver for this event. Took the Mini, as it would be much easier to handle than the Evo. The Evo’s calipers are also leaking brake fluid from the pistons/seals on the passenger’s side of the car, so the car is rendered out of commission. The calipers have been shipped back out to the guy who rebuilt the calipers for inspection. Likely they are ok, and just need to be rebuilt with OEM seals & dustboots, but we will see if there is any scoring on the inside of the caliper or piston.

The event was fine, a decent course with a really long slalom at the end that benefited the Mini. My fastest run had a cone tagged on it, and sadly I wasn’t able to get anywhere near that time clean. It will likely end up biting me in points, but nothing I can do about it for now.
