A much deserved first UOA for the Corolla – not a moment too soon at 182,641 miles! Decided to go with long OCIs (1yr) and hit 16k on this oil change. Other changes won’t nearly be as long due to the Fit taking over some of the DD duties, but still a good baseline. A pretty good amount of aluminum and iron in this run, though they note the iron is decent. They also noted a lot of silicon, I guess from the air filter. Still, would have liked to see lower metals. Will try a larger oil filter next to see if it changes anything.
