Concluded nationals on Friday! Had a terrible run on the East course. never got a great feel for it, just not well driven etc. The two drivers who should have beaten me on Thursday (coned their fastest runs) did so on Friday, putting me 12th of 18 drivers. Overall, I am satisfied with how I did at my first Nationals. However, I’ve got a ton of work to do to catch the fast guys. Part of me is worried that I won’t ever get there, like I’m just one of those guys that doesn’t “get it.” The other side of me knows I can do it. My self-appointed target is 5 years of driving, so at Nationals 2019. We’ll see!

• Smoother inputs
• Tighter lines and closer to the cones
• Better braking

• Car is now at it’s loosest possible setting. Still not really loose at nationals concrete but pretty neutral
