Started this test to determine for myself what works for my driving and my Mini. Decided to test various different oils, varying amounts of autox runs and miles, to see if I could determine whether one actually is clearly better than the other. All oil samples are sent to Blackstone Laboratories for testing. I’ll upload the results as time goes on to see if anything in particular can be determined. Oils I plan on testing: OEM, Pennzoil Ultra 5w30, Amsoil ZROD 10w30, and Amsoil SSO 0W30. Since I have the first three samples I thought I’d go ahead and post. I’d like to test out different oil filters and air filters too at some point.
